Fish-Bar    WE'RE OPEN! Located directly at the seaside guests can dine, swim or enjoy the typical Rum-Punch. This is an excellent place to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets. Perhaps you might even get a chance to see the famous »Green-Flash«! OUT OF THE BOAT INTO THE KITCHEN! We are renowned for our fresh cuisine: Our fish is brought to the Bar directly from the sea and gets prepared immediately. At the Bar you can enjoy Kubuli beer from Dominica, Soca-Rum, and juices, freshly pressed from fruits of our garden... DELICIOUS FOOD We serve a whole range of rich dishes, carefully prepared on a banana leaf. Dishes include lobster, crayfish, tuna, red snapper and a lot more - depending on the season. In addition we serve fresh fruit and vegetable from the garden, e.g. bread-fruit, salad, homemade mango-chutney, guavas, avocado, papaya and banana-bakes. Everyone who ate here loves to come back! The banana leafs are cut in the afternoon. Cleaned they offer enough space for all sorts of culinary delights. A wide range of meat and fish is offered at the grill.
